Das ist ein Wählerausweis aus Ghana. Die sind normalerweise von Hand ausgefüllt, nicht wie hier mit einer Computer-Script-Schrift.

Zunächst ist der Stil des Schriftsatzes des Namens falsch!
In der zweiten Zeile sind die ersten 9 Zeichen reserviert für die Passnummer, gefolgt von der Kontrollziffer!
H1071889 hat nur 8 Stellen. Daher folgt dann ein Platzhalter (<)! Die Kontrollziffer müsste 2 sein!

Danach kommt der Ländercode bestehend aus 3 Buchstaben, der hier allerdings nur 2 hat (also, es fehlt wirklich etwas, das A!)!

Darauf folgt das Geburtsdatum (YYMMDD) mit folgender Kontrollziffer. Da haben sie die Kontrollziffer "vergessen".

Nach dem Geburtsdatum folgt das Geschlecht. Da haben sie hier das richtige gesetzt! :)

Nach dem Geschlecht kommt das Ablaufdatum (YYMMDD) mit folgender Kontrollziffer. Der Pass müsste demnach am 61.30.2020 ablaufen. Komische Zeitrechnung! Hierfür müsste die Kontrollziffer 6 lauten!

Danach folgen entweder länderspezifische Codes, deren Kontrollziffer als vorletzte Zahl in der Reihe erscheinen müsste. Sind dort nur Platzhalter (<), dann erscheint als Kontrollziffer entweder auch ein Platzhalter oder eine 0!

Die letzte Zahl in der Reihe ist die Kontrollziffer für die Stellen 1-10, 14-20 und 29-42!

Danke Querkopf für deine Aufklärung es ist immer wieder Interessant etwas über Pässe zu erfahren.
