I am the only daughter of Late Dr Humphery Ibiakpo  from Sudan  in  Africa, who died as a result of the war in my country. My father was a successful businessman, he is the owner of Ibiakpo  minerals (LTD) before he was assassinated alongside with my mother on a cold blood bath one morning.
But i managed to escape for my dear life and ran into a neighboring country (Dakar) the capital of (Senegal) with the help of the United Nations peace keeping force. I am residing here as a refugee, in a refugee camp now.

Meanwhile,I am writing to you now courtesy of the Reverend pastor's computer, that is in charge, as the chaplain of this very camp, of whom has taken me like a sister in the Lord. The only person I have now is  Rev. Tom wing. who is the Reverend Minister in charge of the church in this camp ( CHRIST DE SAVIOR MISSION).  The pastors e-mail address is ( drtomewing@ymail.com). He has been very nice to me ever since I came here but I am not living with him rather I am living in the women hostel because the camp has two hostels one for men the other for women.The Pastors Tel number is (+221776934594) Feel free to call  me through his number. As a refugee here I don't have any right or privilege to any thing be it money or whatever because it is against the law of this country. I want to go back to my studies because I only attended my first year before the tragic incident that led to my being in this situation.
  Please listen to this, I have my late father's statement of account and death certificate here with me which I will send to you latter, because when he was alive he deposited some amount of money in a leading bank in London which he used my name as the next of kin,the amount in question is $5.3(Five Million three Hundred Thousand US Dollars).
So l will like you to assist me transfer this money to your account and from it you will send some money for me to get my traveling documents and air ticket to come over to meet with you. I can't withdraw the money my self due to my refugee status here in this country which does not permit me , I want you to send me your contact information such as your

I have got in touch with the bank and made them to know about my plans to withdraw this money, l also got them aware of the death of my father and they have acknowledged it with all there confirmation.
