My usual day:
My rule is to start my every day with a smile on my face
I think that it’s the best start of new day! I always do my morning exercises because they fill my body with energy and raise my mood!) My working day usually starts at 10 a.m. and finishes at 6 p.m. This period of day I work as an office-manager. I also work as a fitness-trainer and three times a week I have trainings from 7 p.m. till 9 p.m. Though my days are busy I like this style of life. Life is a constant movement and I always try to keep active in this movement! ) ...
When I am at home:
I enjoy cooking something delicious for me and my close people. I like keeping my house clean and neat that’s why I also like cleaning in my house and making it comfortable.
