I am Christopher by name Vault former Director in the Central bank of Ghana, I am in charge of all the cash deposit in the central bank of Ghana Vault, and takes records of all the cash crates movement in the vault. As a matter of fact, there was a contractor award to build Army block, whose contract fund was delivered to he in cash through our Diplomatic Channel. The contractor’s contract value was U.S$140 million dollars all in 7 cash crates.
